However, you might be surprised to learn that many insurance plans can cover the cost of rehab, making your path to recovery more accessible than ever.

Personal Identification and Documentation

  1. Identification: Driver’s license or state ID.
  2. Insurance Information: Insurance card and any required authorization documents.
  3. Emergency Contact Information: Names and phone numbers of close family members or friends whom you would like to be contacted in case of emergency.

  1. Casual Clothes: Comfortable, everyday wear like jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts.
  2. Sleepwear: Pajamas or other comfortable sleepwear.
  3. Undergarments: Adequate supply of socks, underwear, bras.
